I'm Todd, and I want to thank you for taking the time to visit my site! I've been reefing for over 20 years, and I GROW PODS. Before finding the perfect culture of Tisbe Copepods, I too had to resort to using small 8oz bottles of pods to feed my special eaters, I decided enough was enough and started growing my own. I don't do it for the money, since there isn't much to be made! LOL! You're probably curious about Todd's Pods and what exactly it is.
Todd's PodsTM is an all-natural culture of Tisbe Biminiensis Copepods, fed off all natural phytoplankton with no harsh chemicals or growing agents. Tisbe Biminiensis are a tropical copepod, so unlike other cold water varieties being grown and sold, these guys will actually survive the long haul and rapidly reproduce in your tank. This copepod can feed a very picky variety of eaters like Pipe fish, Dragonets, and even Dwarf Sea Horses! Not to mention they are great and helping process detritus and clean film algae off your glass and rocks. No Saltwater tank is complete without some type of copepod population.
